Deliveries

  • Delivery area: We deliver nationwide in Brazil.
  • Delivery times: Delivery times vary according to location and the chosen shipping option. The estimated time will be displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping calculation: The shipping cost will be calculated based on the informed zip code and will be displayed before completing the purchase.
  • Delivery hours: Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm, excluding holidays.
  • Tracking: After order confirmation, you will receive a tracking code to monitor your delivery.

Note: Please ensure that the address provided is correct to avoid delays or return of the order.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, please follow the instructions below:

1. Return period

  • You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request a return, as provided by the Consumer Protection Code.

2. Conditions for returns

  • The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use, and accompanied by all items and documents sent.
  • Products showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted for return.

3. Return procedure

  • Contact our customer service team at oi@jardimbr.com or via WhatsApp.
  • Provide the order number, the reason for the return, and send photos of the product if necessary.
  • Our team will provide a reverse logistics code for you to make the return at no additional cost.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange the product, follow the same steps above to contact us. After receiving and analyzing the returned product, we will arrange for the shipment of the new item.
  • The exchange period may vary depending on product availability in stock.

5. Refunds

  • The refund will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and analyzing the returned product.
  • Payments made via credit card will be reversed on the next invoice. Payments via PIX or bank slip will be refunded directly to the account informed by the customer.
